Order Tracking

A delivery email confirmation with your Tracking Reference No. will be sent to you once we have shipped out your package from our tailor house. Therefore, you will only receive your order tracking number somewhere in between 1-2 days from the time of your purchase.

Changes and Cancellation to my order after confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you can't modify or cancel the order.

If there is anything that we could still help or saved, get in touch with our Backup Brigade or chat with us by tapping on the chat button (chat box with three dots) located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Unsure if my order is confirmed

An email confirmation is usually sent to you within 30 minutes after you have placed your order online.

If you do not received this email confirmation, get in touch with our Customer Service right away and we will check it out for you.

Order status and what it means

Pending Payment

Your payment is in the midst of updating/verification process. This might take up to 1 hour.

If your payment is successful, your order status will be updated to 'Processing'.

If your payment is unsuccessful, your order status will be automatically cancelled by the system within an hour.

Processing

Picked and Packed, your order is being processed. You will received a delivery email confirmation, packed with your own Tacking Reference No., once we have shipped it out from our warehouse.

Shipped

Your package has been shipped. The fate of your package is now in the hands of our 3PL Delivery Heroes. To find out about the shipping time frames in your region, click HERE.

Delivered

This means your package has reached you or the address that you have provided when you placed your order.

Unpack your Vibes, when you retrieve your package from either your doorsteps, or your mailbox. We hope you will love it!
