Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide using DHL, UPS and FEDEX. No matter where you're at, we got you.

How fast do you ship?
Vietnam: 2-4 working days
Singapore: 2-4 working days
East Malaysia: 6-8 working days
West Malaysia: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 5-15 working days depending on the location.

How do I exchange for sizes or colors?

How can I make a purchase?
You can make a purchase via our online store or website.
We accept the following modes of payment:
- VISA
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Union Pay
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayPal
- Gift Cards
We also accept Alternatives Payment (AP) such as:
- Wise
- YouTrip
- Bank Transfer
- PayNow (for SG only)

Payment error at checkout!
There are a few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:
- Your internet connection might have dropped during checkout.
- The issuing bank of your credit card might have rejected your transaction to purchase.
- Well, we can never be too sure, can we?
If you are still having trouble placing an order after multiple attempts (usually we would advised to stop at 2), please contact us at edith@ediths.moda with a screenshot of the error and our Vibe Checkers will sort it our for you.

How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout to secure your discount. Easy peasy!
My promo code is not working!
There are a few possible reasons why you discount code is not working:
- The promo code has Expired - Check the expiry date of your code as all of our promo code has validity period.
- Is there a Minimum spending requirement for your promo code? - Different promo codes has different term and conditions. Check if you have fulfilled the requirement.
- Product Exclusion from promo codes - Discounts are usually not applicable on Sales item unless otherwise specified.
- Did you slap the promo code to the Correct field? - Apply your promo codes to the "Promo Code" field at checkout section.
- Has this promo been Tapped yet? - Some promo codes can only be used once and some promo codes can be used to a number of times. What is yours?
- Has A promo code been slapped in the promo code field? - Only one promo code can be used for each order. Promo codes are not stackable.

I forgot to use my promo code upon checkout!
Seriously, girl? Your plane is already in the air and just now realized you left your bags home? Unless you have invented Star Trek teleportation technology, there is nothing we can do for you.
Reimbursement will not be provided if the code was not applied upon checkout. However, you can always save your promo codes for your next purchase with us, as long as you fulfill the terms and conditions of the discount.
How long does a custom-size option takes?
Our custom-size option requires us to rebuild the entire piece to fit your requested measurements. This process typically takes between 3 to 14 days from the time you have confirmed and made payment to us, depending on the material availability and our tailor's schedule.
